Best cool air intake?

What cool air intake would be best to get for maximum power at a reasonable price? I see a lot about the "Iceman" and I am very new to all of this...I also saw one that claimed to add anywhere from 10 to 15hp for $60...

Bullshit. It doesnt matter. Just get an AEM CAI iceman, fine whatever. Just stay away from short rams IMO. You wont notice a difference but yuou will like the sound and your engine will like being able to inhale. Its not a big deal. Shortrams teh suck.
