would it be benificial to go ahead and buy some cam gears and underdrive pulleys and put them in now so that when i turbo the car later it will be ready and how much more hp or less hp am i looking at?

If you are serious about building your car, these are some decent parts you can put on now and benefit from. You can tweak the OEM cams a bit to wring a couple ponies out and the UDP will definitely let you put more to the ground than stock. Dollar for dollar, the UDP is the most noticable of all the bolt ons for these cars.

You don't actually need either of these for turbo. Gears are for tuning your cams regardless of induction and the UDP just frees up power.

I'd say, if you're lucky and know what you're doing when you tweak the cam gears, you might see another 3-5hp from the OEM cams, and the UDP will just allow you to put more of the total power to the ground.

EDIT:
I just checked your mod list. Considering you've already got the inake and exhaust done, you might skip on the cam gears (like I said, not required for turbo) and either put the money towards your turbo fund or pick up a 60mm TB. Turbos react well to those, I'm told. :D
