Eclipse Tensioner

Hey would I be able to get the Belt Tensioner from a Dodge/Crysler Dealership? There is no Mitsu Dealer in my town I and I dont feel like driving 154 miles just to order a damn part. Its not the timeing belt tensioner, The one that goes by the compresor thanks.. sorry for any spelling im to damn tired to care right now
