1g non-turbo header WHERE?

where can i get headers for my 92 talon n/t.. i'm getting upset.. do they exist?
while i'm askin i have a few other questions
and i wanna bore out my cylinders also.. how much can i take off?
as for the Unorthodox Racing Underdrive Pulley what is that and what does it do?? sorry i'm new to these kinds of things
