So what kind of exhaust would be best for my n/t, downpipe? highflow cat? better catback?

what kind of systems you guys have in your n/t dsm's ?

And what shop would post parts to europe ?
(know that dsmotorsports does mail here)

thanks for the help....

as far as parts going to europe im not sure about that, but as far as n/t exhaust i would go with a good header, high flow cat, and some custom 2 1/2 inch piping from the cat back into a good quality muffler such as an N1 muffler....hope i could help.

is 2,5" too much for n/t to work properly ?

only highflow cat i have found is VRS 2.5", would that work okay ?

Or is that too big for n/t engine ?

The 2.5 inch works fine. i got that on mine and its great. i just went to a shop and had them custom make a 2.5" cat back system with a magnaflow muffler. i love it, it sounds and looks great.

I have a pacesetter header, stock piping, and twin tip Naxos muffler. The pace setter header is the biggest pile of sh1t. The flanges warp, it didn't fit right, the flex joint is useless, and i've had to weld it several times. That said, I'd say the power gains were worth the 100 bucks i paid for it. I think Hedman is comming out with, or has come out with, a new header for the NT 1G's which looks pretty good. The stock piping is fine in my opinion. It has the resonators built in, and flows enough for a mildly modded NT. I run a 65 shot nitrous and it flows fine. As far as mufflers go, i find that the twin tip mufflers ( the ones that have 2 straight through channels in the muffler) sound the best. They don't sound ricey at all and coupled with a few resonators, provide a nice mellow engine note.

I got a Pacesetter header ported and exhaust wrapped (rewelded and leaking) 2.5" resonator test pipe, and pacesetter 2.5" mandrel bent cat back. Soon to change the ricey as hell pacesetter muffler with a ebay cannon thats sitting in my garage

Automotosports is selling 2g ported manifold for 1g, would that be alot better than the original one i have ?

The 2g N/T's are 420A, 1g N/T's are 4G63. So, the manifold your talking about would have to be turbo. Or it wouldn't fit. And, you can't put a turbo manifold on a N/T unless your doing a turbo set up. So, it wont work.

That Intake manifold is for the 2g turbo so it should fit a 1g n/t. its a magnus or something right? i went to the store and talked to the guy(its in like skokie illinois, dont know where u live) and he said it was for the 2g turbo (4g63) so im pretty sure it should fit since u got the same engine
