there is a small crack on my exhaust manifold and i think its leaking,... is it a huge problum or does it not matter much?

You won't pass emissions if you haven't done it already.

There might be a slight decrease in performance.

Best thing to do is either get a new manifold or weld.

The only problem with welding is it is only temporary. The cracks are longer on the inside than outside. Plus the stock manifold is cast iron blend and won't take to welding to good. It will be noisy and hotter on the engine. I'd replace it, and think about the header. Thats a common problem with the stockers.
