I decided to build a new intake manifold. My last design wasn't the greatest, It was to large and had a lot of turbulent spots in it. On my new manifold I wanted to keep things simple. Instead of protruding from the floor I went with velocity stacks as part of the intake manifold floor. Need to polish it a bit more and port out where the runners meet the stock manifold flange.

Looks pretty decent. I never seen your other one, so I can't compare :) What welder did you use to make it? And did you use a radius bit to make the velocity stacks?

The welder is a Jasic Inverter. I used a round over bit on a router for the stacks.
