Transmission fluid questions?

Hey everyone.

I'm looking to flush out my transmission fluid on my 1990 gsx 5speed. What kind of fluid should i use?

well you dont have to change your tranny fluid like motor oil so its not bad to go for the good stuff. anything thats a higher brand is a good choice. i use valvoline and thats nothing fancy, it has always done me good.
