POLISH POLISH POLISH! It makes for a nice clean look.

Also if the engine bay is dirty in general, try covering all the electrical plugs and spraying the car with simple green then washing off shortly after. (Neighbor does it on his Chevelle and it looks purrrrty)

Figured I'd post some updated pics...Love the way it looks now

Here's my winter project that's just about done, maybe you can grab some ideas from. A/c, power steering, cruise control delete, iac and fiav delete. Fuse box in glove box and alternator relocated to the back

The first two things that caught my eye instantly: 1. Throttle Cable 2. Spider web of wires on the firewall.

I would try to reroute you throttle cable behind the engine, and try to tuck the mess of wires right behing your intake manifold. That would be a good place for you to start.

i didnt want to start a new one, didnt see a merged, ive been looking at battery locates. i really hate the hallman boost controller because where it is now is the only place the taught cable lets me put it.

the mess of wires in the fuel pressure gauge sensor

Moving the battery to the trunk does clean it up alot. Even untangling wires, cable tie them together, and putting some new tape or loom on them helps to clean it up. The neater the better.
