This thread seems to be getting more interest than my dyno threads, or any other thread I've started for that matter. I guess the saying is true, sex does sell!

Lots of questions and assumptions that I'll try to clear up for everyone. The mud flaps are Evo IX Rally Armor flaps I got used from a friend, just like Garrett said. Feel free to "snag" the idea since you won't be the first person to snag it. I believe there are two or three members around the site that have Rally Armors on their 2g now, I'm claiming the mod though...
My 245/45's throw off my speedo differently depending on how fast I'm going, it averages about 5mph from about 80mph or slower. When I run my 1/4 mile it looks like I'm eclipsing (haha get it?) 130 mph according to the speedo, then I get my slip and I'm hitting low 120's.
The FlexFuel badge is definitely NOT from the dealership, Mitsubishi doesn't make FFV vehicles so getting a badge like that from them would be impossible. I created the badge in Photoshop and then sent the idea to Custom Car Emblems from third_shift|studios and had the badge created. The GM dealer was wanting $30 for a ugly yellow/chrome one and I paid $40 to have a one off badge that I designed and matched to my DSM.

About 2 months ago, I'm going back though after the car is back down on its feet. The day I posted the thread with the new wheel setup my transmission destroyed itself on a high rev 2-3 shift. I was setting up my NLTS for the track, I guess the stock transmission had something to say about it.

She's down but not out, and on a positive note, the cars going to feel fast as shit when I drive it again since I'm putting around in my '97 GS N/T DSM.

I got a little creative with the time lapse... The tranny's out though and taking a 3 week vacation to Ohio.

It was an email actually, and the shipping container from them is already on its way to my doorstep. In the mean time I'll be doing small things to my car that I've always wanted to, like the Evo brakes! I'm getting rid of the ACT 2600 PP/street disc/flywheel setup too and putting on one of the new ACT Twin Disc clutches with the trans. from Shep.
