Well this winter I will be doing a mild build on the head while it's off. Most likely a spring upgrade with a 3 angle port job. After going to my 6 bolt swap with a 1g head, I think I want to go back to a 2g head looking at the design of the intake angle. From my understanding the 2g head ported will have a better design and make more power due to the angle.

Without hogging out the 7 bolt intake side to match the 1g intake manifold, the only other option is to run a 7 bolt SMIM correct? I wouldn't mind running the 1g manifold, but I know a 1g manifold and 2g head will not have the same openings and would create a wall. I am just thinking in the idea of over all flat hp and torque curve as early as possible on a hx35 maybe even a hx40. I have personally hit full hp and torque before 35rs going into second and passing them after the launch on less boost. It is a good feeling and this winter I am building the bottom end and figured I would cover the head while it's off. The head will be running on fp272s with most likely a 3 angle valve job, since I don't see a 5 angle being necessary.
