Here is a log of a 3rd gear pull I just did, trying to get knock suppressed with the methanol injection. I am tuning for a 11.3-11.5 AFR. Meth is a 50/50 mix with water. 7gph nozzle, not sure on the psi, (SMC subaru methanol kit...). Here is a little about the car, 2.5in 02 housing, 3in dp, 3in catless exhaust, PTE 1000cc injectors, fuel lab 515 reg set at 43psi idle no vac, Walbro 255lph, 4in core FMIC with 2.5in hardpiping, 14b turbo, Hallman MBC set at 18psi, creeps to 20 at 5-6k (doesn't bother me at all). Stock cams, 91octane fuel, DSMlink is set for base timing, I have no timing added in. (Innovate LC-1 Wideband is logged....)
Meth is injected about 3in from TB.
I have had to take out a S*** ton of fuel for the meth to get afrs around 11.1:1.

Meth starts spraying at 10psi, I beleive pump goes full at 15psi...

Any fuel can knock so be careful. I would try to richen up the afr and get it to around 11.1. Or pull 1* timing where the knock starts. You should beable to get more though with the meth.

Did the meth help bring knock down at all? I wouldn't think you should be having knock issues with that setup. Have you tried filling up with some race gas? Could possibly be phantom knock.

1g timing curve is already descently aggressive compared to a factory 2g curve. What are you using for a WB? (logged?). Are you logging boost? boostest looks descent according to what your saying for the boost your seeing. Where your knocking is fairly common area to knock (peak cylinder pressure5000-6000rpm ish). Your 1g curve is seeing descent advance in this area already, so don't be afraid to pull a deg or two if needed. Is boost where you want it or are you trying to run more? I'd probably tune abit richer, it will make more power to be abit richer & run more timing or boost instead of being leaner. I'd dial in 11:1 (if you don't want to do that atleast do it in peak pressure area 4500-6000). If you want to run more boost pull abit of timing in this area & bump it up. After that start adding timing, first at the highest rpms & work your way down rpms.
