The ad says "T-28 Killer". That would imply it's not a T28. I'm guessing one of those bastardized T3 compressor housings, 7cm turbine housing, TD05H wheel, and old Big-16g compressor made by
Turbochargers.com experts in turbos, superchargers, dyno tuning, turbo kits, forced induction, turbo manufacturing, and rebuilt turbos.. A Big-16g laying down +350 w.h.p. is nothing new. Ugly pinstripping in the interior though and what is with those rims.
