Well, a 3076 an autox probably won't mix very well as it'll lag too much. It might be ok for a road track, but I still might consider a different turbo.
I would suggest using a stock crank if possible. They've been proven.
I might reconsider the cam choice as there are some that have been proven better than the BC's. But, if it's price you're concerned about, then BC is probably the way to go.
You'll need an AFPR to go along with the 255lph pump.
I would probably go bigger than 1200cc if you plan on going with E85, just for some cushion.
What do you have planned for logging/tuning?
And if you're really building this as a track/autox car, you should have some good suspension in the list as well as some wide wheels and good tires.
