Simple Photoshop Help Please!

Hey guys, so I know this isn't related to my DSM, but I'll be driving to the game and be seen in my DSM so hopefully that'll count! I've had some people photoshop wheels on this site for me, and you guys were awesome, so I thought I'd try my luck again.

I live in Iowa and the Iowa/Iowa State football game is fast approaching. I've been thinking long and hard on an original idea for a t-shirt that talks a lot of trash to Iowa State (I'm a huge Iowa fan).

So what I came up with is Iowa State has a new logo this year, it has a large "I" and the word "STATE" reads across it in a horse shoe shape.

So I talked to a guy that can make this t-shirt for me, I just have to email him the design asap. I was curious if any photoshop guru's could take this picture, and just make the letters that spell "STATE" be in rainbow colors, since the word already has the shape of a rainbow. I would really appreciate it and would be the hit of the tailgate!

ISU = I screwed up.... I am a huge hawkeye fan too, but you might piss off the city with the highest per capita ###/lesbian population with that shirt (even though ISU fans are a bunch of flamers).
