Not a dsm, but a quick update on my project VR4. I bought a VR4 last summer so I can continue to daily drive my Stealth. It was a true barnfind that I picked up very cheap, but it needs a LOT of work. However, I did not have a productive winter. At first I said I was just taking a break after several years of constant wrenching. I started going to a gym 4-5 days a week, spending time with my wife, lavishing her with vacations, and quietly banking brownie points for the upcoming race season. Well now it's only a few weeks away till the annual Road America event and I have no VR4. Lots of work left too. It might be done by July. When is the Hastings event I promised to go to?

The latest in the saga is: Some road debris (yes, it also see's significant street duty) broke off the oil filter shortly after the fall MFBA track day. Scrap one more V6. That boy got some odd luck.

That really sucks. That was a stroked motor too, wasn't it.
Express my condolences.
p.s. You and Jack need to post on 3STech.org All the smart 3S guys moved over there and for some reason they let me in. There's lots of information sharing and group problem solving. And if nothing else we're sourcing cheaper/better parts.
