Locke and Velocita, I think those both are both very good good descriptions (and illustrations). I understood after my first question about it, but, well, I tried to explain it but it wasn't happening.
I just wrote something more in regards to flattening out the curve, then erased it because it would probably have caused more confusion
. I think this has been adequetly explained in that it will not generate more peak horsepower, but give you more control over the horsepower that you have.
