Getting a 20g with an external wastegate can be routed to ______ to make it legal. In other words, i want an 20g w/external wastegate but i want it to be street legal, so cant i route the wastegate to somewhere or something like that to make it legal.

you can route it back to the downpipe

I believe routing it back into the exhaust will make it legal because all of the exhaust emisions will be going through the cat.
