Resolved 2G Where do these plugs go to?!?

I can't seem to find anywhere to plug these connectors into. They are near the firewall between the TB and the brake master cylinder.

Evaporative emissions purge solenoid (left)
Fuel pressure solenoid (right)

If emissions have been deleted, those valves may not be in place.

Alright thanks I appreciate the help! Yeah I think PO did a janky emissions delete because some things are still here.
