Anyone like this game? I picked it up and LOVE it! i got it for 360, so if anyone wants to hit up some online racing let me know.

I would have to say that Shift is the best NFS ever made. I have been playin it on my buddies PS3. It sucks thought that you have to be hooked up to the web to take any pics with the PS3.

I played the demo and thought it was very good. Reminds me a lot of GRID, but the cars seem to have a bit more "mass" to them.

Nothing like the CARS look so how is Lightning McQueen doing anyway.

This game looks good ont he surface but has a ton of flaws, especialy online. If someone spins you out and you go off the track you automatically get a 5 sec penalty where you're not allowed to accelerate for "cutting" the track. The loads times are ridiculous, theres no split screen multiplayer, it asks you what language you want everytime you start it, rewards crashing, etc. It can be fun, but the cut track penalties online really ruin it for me

i thought differently.

i felt NFS:Shift felt way more arcadey than GRiD. Its physics reminded me of the first Forza game actually.

actually GRiD's physics/game engine is rated top 10 by IGN. Forza and GT arent even on the list.

I played NFS:Shift for a few races and couldnt stand how simplistic the cars turned and felt, even after going through and changing controller settings that people posted online to make it more "realistic". Deleted it and went back to GRiD for my on-tarmac antics.

nfs shift is pretty good game, between nfs shift and forza3 and codmw2 my gf dumped me and my car still sits in peices in my garage . gameplay has gotten so much better on racing games past year or so.
