ok so i got bored and went to buy some new cars mitsu's of course wanted the evoIII mr but it was locked i looked online it said it gets unlocked at level 10, well im level 44 and its still locked anyone know how to fix this?

What region are you? You probably have to be level 10 in the asia region.

thats what im thinking im in the us it sucks its 500 k to switch because ive already switched once

That sucks. I've had to restart the game a couple times before and it def does blow. If you want I can send you a decent car so you can at least have that.
