xbox live issues??

its slow as hell if i can get online but most of the time it says can't sign into messenger.. anyone else having issues? its been like 3 days for me now

Just started yesterday for me. It says can't sign into messenger and it will not connect.

Mine is still working fine, any chance your guys routers have firewalls not allowing messenger to access the network(internet)?

I call 800-4my-xbox (tech support) for a seperate issue and it had a message saying there was a problem with Xbox Live and they are working on it. Something with the network. Don't know anything more...

That issue has been going for over a week now. I tried playing Halo 3 last night and it was choppy as ever. Couldn't even look at the screenshots other people had taken.
