Ok, so I did a search for this turbo and cant find any infomation about it other then on shearers website. Is anyone running this turbo yet? I'm courious to see what are some personal numbers and times on this turbo.

Jim

Got mine on order. T3 .82 hotside, two week build time for it though.

You still have not went T4 Steve?
I am eye fawking this turbo pretty hard... I am thinking about replacing the old 6776 JB with a 6765JB

Frank I will probley not go T4, staying t3 with it. I do not have the funds to buy a T4 manifold, redo the exhaust etc. Il just stick with the tried and true .82 T3. I will try and log a map sensor, when the boost gets turned up. I still havent recieved this turbo yet, precision is backordered on the SP comp covers, they will know thursday when I should recieve it. Obviously id recommend the billet comp wheel over the cast, when it comes il get pics of it asap. Cant wait to see what she does with the 288/288 cams.

heres some pics...

Damn, this thing will make similar power to the old P trim 71mm so hold on. :thumb:

There is also a 6235r. bb.. Think HTA but a little cheaper. Basically a mofified 35r with a billet 62mm wheel AWD motorsports have done YouTube - AWD Motorsports Evo RS.. 1st Evo Street Car in the 8's!!! on a 6262 .82AR. I just got off the phone with them and they are running the 6262 full boost before 5000. Expect the 6235r to spool a bit faster. All the turbos 6262/6265/6235r range from 700 to 850 depending on your set up and boost.

I believe that is the 6262 or 6295, pretty sure its the 6262 though.

Yeah its the 6262.. I'm thinking of going with a 6235r.. I pmed someone one here he put one on his dsm I'm curious to know what he thinks about it.. These turbos a pretty new. Eddie over at awd motorsports says they are on back order.

what i was wondering was some data or personal experiences on a 6262 jb

just some in general stuff i have been eyeing this turbo for a while

what kind of spool times we are lookin at?

i understand 30 psi before 5000 rpm but the differences between evos and dsm are like night and day

I will be very interested with the results of the 6765s that we picked up, and will be using on both a Honda and a DSM 2G that is replacing their GT35E Journal bearing that we ceramic coated in T3 .82A/R 3" V-bands
