custom header pieces

I looked through all the custom header threads and couldnt find what i was looking for. I want to build a custom manifold for my turbo setup. I already have all the flanges but im having a hard time finding the weld els at a reasonable price. I have searched online and the only thing i can find are industrial scale sellers who require invoices of like 50 els at a time, or mcmaster carr who want like 12$ a piece for a weld el. If anybody knows of a place where i can get them at a reasonable price it would be much appreciated. BTW i am looking for mild steel not stainless.
