Intercoler question

ok guys have a question that im not sure about. A buddy of mine has a 1g talon that was non turbo but then went turbo etc. My question is deleting the intercooler setup completely what will that do to the car? please help!

You'll run a hotter air charge, make the motor knock sooner and possibly damage it if the boost and knock are excessive. Air to air intercoolers aren't the most efficient pieces in the world, but they work well enough. Put it back on.
