Alrite, im almost postive about this, but correct me if im wrong. Im swapping out my 4g64 and running a 6-bolt 4g63. The harness from the '64 looks almost identical, so im gonna use that as a 2g wiring harness. The motor mounts look exactly alike, and the tranny is the same from a GST. All sounds well but if there is anyone who has done this, or can help, please let me know what problems you ran into and so forth. Thank you.

Your spyder´s harness and motor mounts are exactly the same as the 7 bolt 97and up 4g63 so follow the normal swap instructions found on the site and on vfaq.

Im running a turbo ecu right now. Youll need to wire in the knock sensor (a must) and the wastegate/fuel pressure solenoid( not neccessary but this will throw the check engine light).

I plan on using a 6bolt motor, my harness, 2g knock sensor(wired in), a 95 eprom w/ dsmlink, my tranny, and a 6bolt flywheel? Have you guys done the swap? How does the stock spyder clutch hold up?

Well since i have now finished the swap, there's one thing different. You need to bypass the extra fuel pump module. The directions are here - 4g64.150m.com

Goto performance modifications and then ecu swap. Only the directions to bypass the fuel pump relay module are necessary.

Also, i put in a stock 4g64 clutch, new of course, and its holding up fine on 18 lbs. Im not sure how long it's going to last, but ill check back on that one.
