E16G w/ a 14b to SMIC?

My new E16G came in and I was wondering if it would possible to use a 14b jpipe on an E16G to the stock flexi hose? I would only be doing this temporaily as I am waiting for the FMIC. Why not wait you ask? Well, shes my daily driver and the T25 shaft has more play in it than an elementry school playground. Thanks for any help!

Should be the same, why wouldnt it work? What kind of J pipe is on the 14b? (stock 1g?)

Yes you can use the 1g stock j pipe, you'll have to fab yourself a pipe from the j pipe to the lower intercooler pipe.

I can't say 100% for sure because I have never done it, but it should work fine - that J-Pipe should fit on all Mitsu-style turbo's.

Yes you can use the 1g stock j pipe, you'll have to fab yourself a pipe from the j pipe to the lower intercooler pipe.

No, he can use the oem 2g lower intercooler pipe to reach to the j pipe. It may require cutting some length off but its plain to see when you get ready to put it on.
