I cant keep a gasket to stay together between my turbo and exhaust manifold. I tryed the thick steel gasket but it too blew apart. I dont see why this keeps happing to me. This gasket should hold more then 15psi on a 19c right? This last one didnt last 5,000 miles..

I dont have an EGT, but i know that im running good because i was tuned on wideband a few weeks back. After I drive hard sometimes the whole exhaust manifold will be bright orange. Think thats to hot>?

Well how tight are your turbo/manifold bolts? And have they all blown out in the same place?

I always keep them tight. and no the 3 times I have had to replace them it they were diffrent..

Is your exhaust manifold collector ported?

When gasket opening is smaller then manifold collector opening, gaskets will blow really fast.
Look for any signs of exhaust getting under the gasket. That's primary reason of premature failures.
