I need to replace threads on 2 holes for manifold studs, and try to dig out an already demolished stud broken off in my head. my question is where can I get bigger ss exhaust manifold studs? Also, where could I get a helicoil?

don't know where you'll find larger manifold studs but here's what I recommend.

drill out the old stud (comes with the helicoil kit) and retap to the appropriate size. you can find the helicoil at any ace hardware store. if you drill and tap correctly, you can retain the stock diameterxpitch.

slowboyracing, DSMotosport, etc. all carry replacement SS studs and nuts

If you didnt already begin to drill away at it, i would recomend attempting to drill a hole in the stud and use an extractor.
You can pick up a helicoil at any automotive store. I believe the dimensions are m8 -1.25 x 1.5d and drill size 8.3mm (21/64)
