I have searched and cannot find anyone with the same setup i am running so here it goes because you guys know best. I really need some help deciding on which way to go here.

T04B 50-trim bullseye turbo (I heard people getting oil lines that didnt fit right hopefully they fixed this problem)

AGP FMIC with gm blow thru setup with translater

FP2 Cams

DNP Tubular exhaust mani, mitsu style flange w/ tial 40mm

DSM Link

Headgasket either mitsu 4 layer or cometic ?

FIC 650cc injectors or 750cc's

Walbro 255 pump

Aeromotive FPR with SBR kit

3" Intake no mas

Custom O2 housing

Possible new clutch but that needs to be broken in and right after all the mods then next time it will run will be on the dyno so i think i'll just keep my act 2100 for now i guess.

Car will be daily driven at 18psi. My goal is to have a quick daily driven car but once in a while hit the track. Reason why i wont go with a evolll because creep problems are a headache for me and dont wanna deal with it. Does everything sound ok ?

sounds great. i almost have an identical setup as yours but i cant drive until November. :notgood: so i dont know how it would perform. since u are doing the headgasket, throw some arp headstuds in there too.

Agreed and if your lookin 18psi daily the 650cc is more then enough

Ya arp headstuds, go ith a mitsu multi layer it is a bit more forgiving then a cometic. And go with 720cc or larger injectors just incase you want to up the boost a bit. and go with at least an act2600

Edit: oh and for what its worth I am seeing 94% duty cycle with my 660's at 16psi on my super 50.

94% on a 50 with 660s , that doesnt sound right, idk maybe its me but that is a 50 trim turbo right? Not that im saying your wrong or anything, nor am I saying your lieing but i was no were near that on my pte 50 on 660s running 20 psi daily. I supose i learn somthin new every day

Buy a straight t3/t4. If you are buying an aftermarket manifold, don't bother with the bolt on stuff.

Yes its a 50 trim it flows slightly more than your regular 50 trm but not enough to make a huge difference in the results you see. I have 272's 9:1 comp pistons. Running 17degrees total timming advance and a 10.5a/f ratio

Thanks for all the replies. I was thinking lata on down the road i would like to up the boost and i dont wanna be buying injectors again so i was thinking about goin with 720's or 750's but i was told you cant lean out your injectors with dsmlink is this true? How realistic is 18psi daily should i go even lower? An alternative to the act 2600 i was thinking the sbr 3500, arp's are a good idea too, anything else guys ?

You don't lean out your injectors you just trick the ecu into seeing a certain amount of air. Causing it to inject more fuel making your engine run leaner. Regardless, whoever told you that you can't lean out with dsmlink should be slaped pronto and told to never speak of any car related subject ever again. 18psi is very realistic, on my last set up I ran 25 psi and the engine saw that boost every single day along with countless other miles during my commute. Where you set your boost should be figured out by the compressor map of the certain turbo you decide to buy.

FWIW: when tunning my car I saw very suprising results by nudging my boost into its peak efficiancy range. the super 50 sees its most significant gains about 14.5 psi. We started tunning my car at 8psi. between 8psi and 14 psi we gained ~50 whp and power would drop off significantly after 6900rpm. by upping the boost 2psi from 14 to ~16ish psi, we gained 25whp and power just kept climbing well into the 8k range. Your average 50 trim will shine above 16psi on pump gas so I would stay above that boost level. hell even 25psi won't harm a well built engine, and it all really depends on how much of a lead foot you have. My last setup saw boost everyday, whereas now I have mayb ecalmed down a bit I don't really know but I barely hit boost anymore.
