Quick question the factory flapper/actuator on the T-25 on the 2G, how man pounds is it set at? WTF

Factory is 11psi for the T25 turbo. Forced Performance makes an adjustable 17psi actuator that can hold boost till redline on the T-2Small

Im using one on my t3/t4 and I don't want to break 10 psi. I have an N/T and was hoping it would be under 10. Does anyone make a lighter spring for the wastegate?

Wouldnt this be bad for SOMETHING on a reletivly stock car, or at least one with a stock turbo? Because I was thinking about getting one...
