I boost leak tested my car today. It will build boost up to 20 psi (and more, just didn't want to break anything) with the compressor but it won't hold. It will start going down slowly and go back to 0psi in about 30 seconds. I sprayed soapy water and this is what I found.

I did some searching here and found that a lot of people complain about the uicp from Dejons having a very thin flange. Since I have taken mine out and placed back in at least 3 times, I'm assuming it probably warped. Of all the uicps out there, do you guys know of a better one with a thicker flange? I want to fix this problem before I upgrade the T25. Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Thats exactly what I did last time, it still leaks. Thanks for the suggestion though.

I've taken mine off a few times but I'm not sure if I have a boost leak, I do agree on the flange being quite thin, and they aren't that easy to get in and out.

Well, I went to Satan for a new throttle body/elbow gasket. I ended up buying 3 since they had them in stock. I got home and started working on the car. When I removed the pipe I noticed that it was indeed warped. Not too bad though. Since I had 3 gaskets, I put 2 in there with gasket sealant. I pressurized the intake system again and the leak at the TB was gone. However, I found a couple more. One was just one of the couplers that I fixed easily. The other one was at the injectors. All four injectors are leaking really bad. I'm going back to Satan tomorrow and see how much it will be for an injector seal kit. Also, I think I broke one of the studs on the throttle body. When I put the uicp back, the 2 bolts and lower right nut went in and tightned with out a problem. But the upper left nut (circled in red in the pic below), I kept turning and turning and it wouldn't come to a stop. In other words, it would not tighten at all.

It fixed the leak but I know it'll come back if I don't get that fixed. So I'm going to see if I can finally get all that taken care of tomorrow. My car is running like shit and gas milage has gone down the drain. I'm even getting killed by hondas on the street.
