Easiest way to adjust Idle speed

Just got my motor running and I need to adjust my idle. I have a VPC/ AFR combo on the car with 660 cc chip.
Have full bult motor w/ 9.0 compression and Crower stage 3 cams.
I have all the goodies to go with the motor.

i would like to adjust it to Idle at 1000 RPM.


The manuel and CD does not help

You can't.

The ECU aims to keep the idle at 750 rpm, no matter what. The only way you can bypass this is with a chip reprogram, or DSMLink, or a standalone.

You can adjust the idle out of the range of the ISC, but that's generally not a good idea.

Heh, if you want to press your luck with the ISC, you can adjust your throttle cable to open the throttle body ever so slightly, effectively raising your idle. I stupidly had it this way for about an hour before realizing what I'd done, and the whole damned time my idle was at ~1000rpm. Stupid is as stupid does

If you want to adjust your idle. You need to ground the ecu. there are 2 points that must be grounded. Or the ecu will compensate if you make adjustments using the BISS without proper grounding.

Under the dash is the data port for you're logger. attach a jumper to the 3rd pin from the bottom on the right, inside the connecter and attach the other end of the jumper to a ground. any bolt should work on the frame.
