Does +19% at 1k on the SAFC sound like way too much to anyone else? That seems to be what it takes to get the O2's right, otherwise it just stays pegged lean at idle. Related stuff I've done: removed lower honeycomb, removed silencer behind MAS, wahlbro 255, ported manifold, turbo and O2 housing and 9:1 pistons.

First, do you have a logger? If you do then what are your fuel trims? If not then you REALLY need to get a logger to correctly tune your car. A blinky a/f gauge will be useless in tuning the Lo settings on your s-afc. Your O2 voltage is pretty much useless unless you are WOT.

No I don't have a datalogger yet unfortunately so I can't do any real tuning. I was just going by RRE's tuning tips and using the A/F gauge.

Speaking of WOT, reading the O2 voltage on the S-AFC I'm getting like .7 and I know that's way to lean yet my EGT's are fine.

I would not take the SAFC o2 voltage as the gospel. I am in the process of getting a logger. That is the key to tunning. It is more money, but is well worth it.

Get a logger. +19% could be possible depending on the setup. I have both the maft and the safc. 1k low throttle is set at +18% and it gives me 110-115% low fuel trims.
