I have a 91 w, 16g turbo safc down pipe balance shaft elm. kit 3inc. exhaust. I just moved to nc from denver co.I never hit fuel cut up there but here i can't even get out of 1st gear at 10 psi without hitting it. pls help

Try changing gas stations?
Your elevation has changed just the slightest bit, many of us down here breath oxygen. Your ecu may adjust on its own in a couple of weeks.
Oh, and don't run up your boost in 1st.

Gas has nothing to do with fuel cut.

The ECU will not adjust anything that has to do with fuel cut.

I'm willing to bet you have boost leaks. Build a pressure tester and check for them properly.

No car should fuel cut at 10 psi.

There is nothing wrong with boosting in first.
