I work for a catalog co. and a company called Drive Right sent us some sample of a "carchip e/x" essentially it's a data logger, there web site is www.davisnet.com. it gives you the option to monitor 4 parameters including: RPM, Throttle Position, Engine Load, coolant temp., intake pressure, air flow rate, intake temp., timing advance, fuel pressure, fuel system stats, short and long term fuel trim O2 sensor output voltage, and Battery volt.
my question is what parameters should i set it to, curently i have it set at engine load, timing advance, 02-1, and RPM?
I took it out this afternoon and at WOT my timing was at 21-23.
Oh by the way if you look at my mods i had to take every thing off because i blew my engine and this is from the new engine w/ 1200 miles on it.
by finding out my timing advance WTF does that tell me, as well as any of the other info. lastly are there ranges that each of these parameters should be in at WOT?

Most people look for 18-19 degrees timing and 0 knock counts, plus rpm and intake flow for AFC.
