AEM EMS - High side outputs turn on when turn ignition on

I have HS2 connected to a relay to activate the nitrous. When I turn the ignition on, the AEM sends 12v to the relay for a second or 2 and then turns off. I also checked HS1 and it does the same thing.

The issue I have with this is it briefly activates the nitrous and fills my intake manifold before I try to start the car....ever seen what happened to the 2g in F&F?? LOL!

Is there something in the software that's messed up or does the box have issues?
 
I don't think I should have to use a standalone window switch when the AEM is more than capable to controlling the nitrous.
 
Had the same issue aem told me to wire it up so that I would use one of the ls outputs to trigger the relay. Don't use the ls as ground because it doesn't have enough amps. Instead wire switched power to the solenoid and you use the relay for ground with the ls as the trigger.
 
I kinda understand what you're saying....got a schematic!?! I thought the signal wire to activate the relay had to be 12v??
 
I'm relay dumb.....so pleeease dumb it down and tell me how everything needs to be wired.

I swapped it to the following on the relay...

Pin 30 - 12v
Pin 85 - LS7
Pin 86 - 12v
Pin 87 - n2o solenoid

It still kicked on the solenoid when turning the ignition on.
 
I haven't had a chance to switch the wiring around. So the other wire on the solenoid should be 12v since pin 87 goes to ground??

Exactly wire it to switched/ fused 12v and get the ground from the relay how I said to wire it.
Also Ls outputs 1-5 cycle with the key as well. You are going to need to you outputs 6-12
