extremely rough idle

i have had rough idle for a couple of weeks. im trying to save some bucks to take it to a mechanic, but i was wondering if anyone had any ideas what it is. i have a nt 2g talon. i have used fuel system cleaner several times. i played with the throttle setting. new plugs. could it be the injectors or maybe my timing is off. or do i need new wires. any ideas?

has the timing belt been changed, if so the oil pump may be 180 off.

Vacuum leak? Check all your vacuum hoses and all intake tubing betweeen manifold and mass air meter. It could also be a leaking intake manifold.
