maf compensation in tuner pro? I have a question?

Okay while making adjustments in tuner pro in the maf compensation window

91.00
91.00 0

now.. is it the higher the number the richer the car will be or the lower the number the richer. I understand it is a "compensation" but what does the ECU do with this value?

My car is running - values on the AFC all the way to boost then it is going as high as +30% just to keep it right?? I am 99% sure I am not running out of fuel idc is around 80% and fuel pressure is good. I feel as if this has something to do with it.

I have searched as much as I can everywhere and can not find this answer at all..

Maf Compensation is is used to calculate various air values (g/sec) from Karmen HZ.

You shouldn't have to change this unless you have a Hacked Maf or Maf from a different generation car.
----------------------------------------------

;************************************************* *****************
;
; Mas compensation table as a function of airflow sensor frequency
;
;
; Index into t_masComp table are for the following frequencies:
;
; 85 85 A8 B6 BE C3 C8 CC D0 D4 D7 DA DC E3 E6 E8 EB EA EA E8 E7
; Hz 0 25 50 75 100 125 150 175 200 225 250 275 300 400 500 600 800 1000 1200 1400 1600
;
;************************************************* *****************

My understanding of the MAF Compensation table is that each HZ value equals a air volume value. So if you edited a value larger the ecu would think there was more air then it would add fuel and run richer.
