Knob style afc install

Apexi-usa.com dosn't have the install instructions for the older knob style AFC. I'm looking for the 'type select' and the 'car select' settings for the original, one knob, global Apexi afc for our cars.

Apexi-usa.com dosn't have the install instructions for the older knob style AFC. I'm looking for the 'type select' and the 'car select' settings for the original, one knob, global Apexi afc for our cars.

Type select is Karman, and car select is 4 and the arrow pointing up and to the right.
