ecu relocation?

is it possible to move my ecu into the passenger compartment i hate having it behind the centor console. i really just want to temporaly move it over so that i can wire up my safc i can't reach the wires well enough to make good solid safe connections. Is there anyway of moving it into the passenger leg area for awhile?

I have no paneling under the center dash so it was really easy just to leave the ecu out in the passengers foot area while I was working on hooking things up to it. you should have enough wiring in the harness to do that.

Absolutely, Just unbolt it, turn it real slow till you see which way it comes out
(passenger side of ecu towards the firewall I believe )
