pocketlogger question.........

ok, i bought a handspring visor, and i want to get the pocketlogger setup. my question is: do i just need that one $155 dsm cable on digitaltuning.com? or do i need another cable with that?
i have a 91 talon engine by the way........
anybody have this????

The cable that you buy from them plugs into the end of the Hotsync cable that should come with your palm pilot. So the 1 cable from them is all you should need as long as your palm comes with a hotsync cable.

It has to be A hotsync cable and not A USB cable . I dont know what your handspring came with but my sony came with a USB and I have to get a hotsync cable . I hope this helps .

Ok this is how it works.

You buy the DSM version of the sortware and hook that cable to your car, then you buy the comm cable (hotsync) cable that hooks from the pda unit to the cable thats hooked to your car.

You fallow that?

If your buying the pocketlogger from www.pocketlogger.com they sell that other cable for $19.95 also.

You have the complete wiring harness, yes? Cause you gotta have the diagnostic port. it's attached to the stock fuse box(interior)
