cant tell you a good spot but can warn you of a bad spot. right under the steering wheel on the right side near where the ecu is. when it gets hot the double side sticky tape doesnt like to stick and it ends up hanging their

put it right on top of the steering wheel shaft

I mounted mine inside the console. Made some custom HomeDepot brackets.
