this is at 18 psi, e316G with all supporting mods: 660's/190pump-not rewired

i know i have to pull more fuel [ bumping it to -31 to be safe ] but what's with the pull in timing at 4084 RPMs. It can't be knock due to being lean? also, isn't peak timing supposed to be by 18-21?

Is that pull WOT the entire time?
Timing curve looks a little weak, should be 18-20 degrees advanced.
Lean it out a bit and monitor whats going on, if the numbers swing in youre favour, lean it out a bit more until the numbers stop going in youre favour.
When in doubt Lean it out!
