need help with 95tsi, no power and mis-firing

95 tsi when the pump, inj turbo and front mount were intalled all the problem occured, first off the car seems like its not running on all cylinders, if u step on the gas or put a load on the motor it dies, i pulled the plugs and 1-3 had clean electrods and black insulators and the 4 plug had black all over. the wires, inj, ecu, cas, coil pack, and tb(6 bolt swap) were all swapped out for known good ones and the inj wires were tested with a noid and the all light up. i'm just looking for some ideas before i go back out and get frustrated with this car. thanx steve

I would say that your timing is off. Most likely your ignition timing. check that.

Question More details on the fix please

I'm having the same problem with my 95 gsx (7-bolt) that I just swapped in new injectors, FTS FPR (set correctly at 43psi), and Walbro 255lp fp. If I put a load on the engine it studders really bad trying to build boost and I can't get over 15mph. It feels like I'm running out of gas once that 1-2psi of boost hits (don't ask how I know ). I didn't install the seal the correct way around the top of the gas tank under the back seat at first, but only noticed because of the constant gas fumes, leaking gas from around the top of the gas tank, under the back seat, and the fuel dripping from under the car . I have since corrected everything and the top of the tank is not leaking anymore. Since the thought to be fix of the seal, I've been stuck in my current situation. Could you please let me know what went wrong installing your fuel pump, I'd really like to make the third time a charm

my plugs looked like what you described also, so it's probably time to go with NGK BPR7ES plugs now with the bump in fuel the car is seeing, even on the stock turbo. Thanks in advance for the help
