I would suggest getting a program like virtual PC to run the datalogging programs. It would work fine, you'd be able to use a regular Com port - USB adapter, and it would be fine. i highly doubt that anyone has made an apple specific datalogging program. (i have an apple as my personal laptop... however i'm getting a free cheap ass laptop to run dsmlink on...

I'm pretty sure you'd be safe with Pocketlogger. Hey, some sort of logger is better than nothing. Sure, you'll need a PDA running the Palm OS, but then you can sync it to your Powerbook after you log on the Palm.

Just make sure to have right Palm OS version and Mac operating system. Example, I ordered a used Palm m105 that is only compatible with Mac OS 9.1. Now unless you're still in the stone age, you'll be running OSX, so be sure to get a newer PDA that is running a newer version of the Palm OS. Everytime I want to see my logs on the computer, I have to run over to my bros to get on his PC running window 98. There's a lot more info at digitaltuning.com and palm.com for compatibility with Macs.

Sucks that us %2 of Mac users don't get a lot of support, but I'll take that over viruses any day.
