:dsm: An HKS VPC was installed on my car when i bought it and i just had my engine rebuilt and found the vpc hidden behind the radio..i wanted to know if anyone knew what to set the dials at..because i have a huge idle problem and i have a feeling its because of the VPC..
Thanks,
Anton:dsm:

GEt a GCC or an afc, and you should be able to fix it if thats the problem. Otherwise it could be something else...

Did you know that the VPC was in the car? Dude, that's like finding a Picasso painting in your living room wall! :p

Anyways, you need either the GCC or an AFC to help tune it. Also, you need to find out which injector chip it came with, 550's or something else.

VPC can work just fine with out GCC or SAFC as long as you are using matching chip and injectors.

Is it really hooked up and working or just sitting there? VPC is using two extra sensors under the hood (MAP and temp). If whoever replaced your motor did not know about them, they probably screwed it up.

So make sure that both sensors are hooked up and working.
