Perhaps the code for fuel trim out of adjustment range? Just a guess 
I forget the number for it.. Go datalog it and see to be sure.

yeah, it's the short term fuel trim most likely. Not sure how to correct it without an S-AFC...

A bad o2 will make you run super rich and also can throw CEL's.
