I dont like where you have your blow off valve. That gives you no chance to upgrade to a GM Maf in Blow Thru setup

If thats your plan then welded pipes are great.

Agreed. Not every DSM setup consists of a GM MAF. The pipe looks good, bro. I hope you have some solid mounts so that sumbitch doesn't flex during shifts :D

i got a polyurethane mounts..... trying to get boostleak free . but im still havin a leak somewhere,i hear hissing sound, but can't trace a damn leak, rplaced everything ,that is possible: shaft seals, injector seals, new vaC lines, well i got only four of em left (bov, wastegate, boost controller,AFPR). Spe nt over 400 on a pipe to make a couplerless.all the gaskets were replaced..... no exhaust leaks. got the idle tuned ,so it idles smooth.look like no vac leaks, but the hissing noise is pissin me off....:ohdamn: Tommy Any suggestions of where the leak might be commin???

i had a gm maf setup on my 1g.had alot of problems getting the idle right, because it was bouncing from 800 rpms to 1100 rpms. prob bad luck. and right now im venting ### of the Tial, having no issues at all, well accept the rich condition after shifting the gears.... idles smooth, doesn't stall.even if i rev to redline, the rpms drops no lower then 850(thats where i set it, due 272's)

i never tried with ecmlink, maybe they work together really well, but i don't wanna risk and have the same prob as i had before...

Do a boost leak test. My car was pissing vacuum from the middle of my throttle body meaning the top and bottom portions.

i did,but still can't find such a small leak. the pressure from 25 to 0 drops in like 4 minutes. but the leak is so small to be traced down.,tried spraying with a soapy water, didn't see any bubbles comin out....... thats weird...
