your best bet is to get a professional to do it so nothing is messed up on the car

Are you reusing your tensioner, hence asking about how to tension it? If you're reusing it, you'll want to use a bench vise to compress it. Rotate the handle no more than 1/2 turn, let it sit for 20 seconds, repeat. Make sure you turn the handle s-l-o-w-l-y, otherwise you could damage the tensioner. I would volunteer, but I won't be home until next weekend and I'm not sure if I'd need any of the specialty tools or not (which are not currently with me). But if you're still looking for someone by next weekend, let me know.

Make sure you read over this a few times if you do plan on doing it yourself:

i did it once, and i reuse it. i put it into bench wise and press it,till i could be able to put a tiny rod into that little hole, but i pressed it fast, not slowly like your saying.... Prob i damaged the auto tensioner

Was it leaking at all, as that'll be a dead giveaway that it's done. I'm not 100% sure how to tell if it's broken though.

If you're tensioner is the one the car came whith from factory i would just buy a new one.
You will also need this little tool for the tensioner pulley.

i got not even a 1000 miles on my pulleys and auto tensioner.Last time when i did timing job,i probably didn't tight the tensioner pulley and auto tensioner correct.so the Tensioner pulley was hitting something, when the car was idling or driven.so i don't want to do that mistake again, and i need help really bad,i could go to the mechanics, but don't feel paying for a tow truck ((
does anybody knows about this unit??? Tensioner

Yeah...make sure you stay away from that tensioner you posted you will need to adjust that manually. so that means that you need to pull you're timing cover every 200miles or so till the belt is fully stretched.
Just use your stock one or get an oem replacement.
Take a look at this from (blcknspo0ln)
it's a lot of help.

ok ill tryed to do the timing my self again.
the steps how i did are:

took the old timing belt off
took the auto tensioner off
put a new auto tensioner on
put a new timing belt back on
adjusted the cam gears
went down and put the t-belt on a crankshaft sprocket and oil sprocket
loosen the tensioner pulley
push the tensioner pulley as far as i could and torqued the tensioner pulley bolt to 40lbs/f
measure the gap between the auto tensioner rod and the tensioner arm,it was 0.16
is that a right procedure that i did ,or not??

That sounds correct. Did you make sure to turn the motor over 6 times, let it sit for 15-20 minutes, and recheck all the timing marks?

As long as you followed all the steps in the link I gave you in post #4, you should be fine!

That sucks I was glad to see everything worked out as I was scrolling through your thread. Your best bet is to look for an uncut crank and rehone your block, but of course I'd bring it to a machinist to inspect it first.

The thing is,that my block is cracked,so when i rebuild the bottom end,i didn't see the crack, but when i put everything back, pour the oil and it was leaking,so i was sad,but then i tryed to put some JB Weld, but it didn't worked out.I read about ,how the guys are building the N/T Blocks and i saw, that their builds were successed. So i think i just go to a Junkyard, get the 4g63 block and will start from there..... (
